Disney Parks have created a new attraction that will excite both Disney and Star Wars fanatics. The Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge attraction is currently debuting, and will continue its debut into 2020. The attraction is set up on a sectioned off piece of land, which resembles the planet Batuu, which is yet to been seen on film. Disney created this new attraction with hopes of bringing back long-time Disney park veterans, as well as a new generation of first-time Disney visitors.

Disney’s New Star Wars Exhibit

Below is a list of popular things to see and do at the new Star Wars exhibit at Disney Parks.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Everyone will enjoy riding in the fastest ship in the entire galaxy, Riders get to sit in the famous cockpit of the Millennium Falcon, making it so all riders are either a pilot, an engineer or a gunner. Rumbling engines are felt as the Millennium Falcon blasts off. Since danger is everywhere, riders must be sure to succeed on their mission.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Riders must help the resistance, as they are looking for new recruits to take on a secret mission. Unexpected twists and turns are everywhere, including being captured by a First Order Star Destroyer. Stormtroopers must be beat, which requires a team of resistance fighters to fight them so the fighters have a chance to win.

Savi’s Workshop. Who doesn’t want to Hand build their own lightsaber? Visitors must travel to Black Spire Outpost, where they will have access to a variety of strange parts, imaginative pieces and other types of memorabilia collected from all over the galaxy. Participants can build their own lightsaber, under the guidance of professional lightsaber builders.

Droid Depot. Participants can assemble their own custom-made droid unit by signing up for this workshop. They’ll have access to lots of parts, chips, and other technical items needed for constructing a custom droid, all provided in an easy to access basket. Blueprints are available, making it necessary to follow the stations to begin building a droid. Completed droids include a remote control, allowing the droid to come to life.

Galactic Dining. Oga’s Cantina, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, The Milk Stand, Ronto Roasters, and Kat Saka’s Kettle.

Reservations are highly recommended for many of the experiences, and need to be made at least 60 days in advance. The Disneyland App can now be used to make reservations.
